President
Lorenzo Wright is a native of Palatka, FL. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Angela Wright and they are the parents of four children; Lorenzo, Jr., Jennifer, Lisa and Christopher. Dr. Wright has always had a love for God and a hunger to preach the Gospel. he answered his call to ministry while serving in the U.S. Navy in Corpus Christi, Texas. He received his Doctor of Divinity degree in November 2000 at Living Hope Theological Seminary, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Wright established Rhema Healing and Deliverance Missionary Church in East Palatka, FL, July 2005. Dr. Wright has ministered in various states and is widely known for his community outreach ministry, with signs, wonders, and healings following. He has adamantly dedicated himself wholly and fully to the work of God because he is confident that "With God all things are possible to him that believes." Mark 9:23.

Vice-President
Rev. Don Hanna is Pastor of St. James United Methodist Church of Palatka. He and his wife, Joy are the parents of 2 boys, Paul and Steven. Don is also a member of Rotary. He has been a member of the board since 2012.
Treasurer
Melody Mills was born in Daytona Beach, Florida.
She graduated from North Georgia College with a B. S. in Biology. Melody retired after 35 years of service to Putnam County Schools teaching middle school science.
She and her husband, Father Bob Mills have been married 42 years and have 3 sons and daughter-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. Father Bob is the priest at Charismatic Episcopal Church.
Melody enjoys crossword puzzles, beaching, fishing, scalloping and being a pastor's wife.
She began serving PCSC as a board member in 2012.

Secretary
Linda McDowell and her husband, Mac McDowell have resided in Interlachen for the more than 20 years. Almost immediately they started attending the Christ Independent Methodist Church in Palatka.
She has taught Sunday school for grades three through twelve, but not all at the same time! Currently she is serving on several committees at church, but her main responsibility is chairing the Women’s Ministry Committee. She has been serving PCSC as a board member since 2011.
She is proud to be a part of the Tuesday night women’s prayer group that meets here at the Christian Service Center at 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Come and join us.

Phyllis "Rosie" Harrell Rosie has been a member of the PCSC board since 2011 and was a volunteer before that. She and her husband, David of 45 years are the parents of Jennifer, Chrissy and Kelley. She is one of the founders and a very active member of Prayer for Putnam. Rosie has a true desire to see Jesus Christ brought to the lost, lonely and the the least.

Casey Caison Casey joined the PCSC board in January, 2014. Casey and his wife of more than 30 years, Lynette, are the parents of Dustin & Shanna. They are long time members of Southside Baptist Church and helped to found UTurn Community Outreach program that focuses on helping people with addictions make a UTurn in their lives with the help of Jesus Christ. Casey is the president of Southern Air.

Charles Myers Charles became a member of the PCSC board in January, 2014. He is also a member of the St. Johns United Way Board and the Palatka Police Pension Fund Board. He and his wife Fran have been married almost 50 years. He is retired from the United States Armed Forces.

Executive Director
Sheila McCoy is a native of Putnam County where she and James, her husband of more than 40 years, have raised 3 children. She graduated from Central Academy High School in 1968 and St. Johns River Community College. Her earlier work experience includes Winn-Dixie, City of Palatka and Florida Power & Light for over 27 years. She currently serves as PCSC Executive Director, pastor of God’s Manna Ministries and on the Board of Directors for Historic Central Academy, Heart of Putnam Coalition, Putnam County Homeless Coalition and formerly, Weed and Seed, Northeast Florida Community Action Agency and Putnam County Anti-Drug Coalition. She began working for PCSC in 2008. As Executive Director of PCSC, Mrs. McCoy oversees daily operations, fundraising, and maintains public relations.
Administrative Director
Suzanne Blackwelder is a native of Putnam County where she and her husband Tim have raised their 5 children; Waylon, Jynna, Holton, Kirsti and Levi. She has four precious grand-daughters and one grandson. She graduated from Palatka High School in 1986. She has worked at PCSC since 2007 supervising volunteers and staff, overseeing programs, and responding to the needs of the community. She is the daughter of a Putnam County teacher and an Evangelist who, although they are no longer with us, left her with a love of the Lord and a burden for His people. It is her desire to carry on the values they instilled in her to serve the Lord by serving those less fortunate in this community and offering them the opportunity to achieve a better way of life through training and guidance based on the Word of God.
